All products sold on CreedBoutique.com are 100% authentic. Each bottle features a unique lot code that allows us to track the fragrance's origin and production history within our laboratory in France.
What is the standard shipping time for US orders?
We offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days via UPS. Please note that fragrances are classified as hazardous materials and must travel via surface transport.
Can I return a fragrance if I have opened it?
To ensure the highest quality standards, we only accept returns for items that are in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase. We recommend using our sample program to test scents before committing to a full bottle.
Why does my new bottle smell slightly different than my previous one?
The House of Creed uses a high concentration of natural ingredients. Because harvests vary from year to year, subtle variations in scent and color are a hallmark of our artisanal process, known as 'Millesime' quality.
